Don’t worry, Allie, you’re not alone! I’m looking forward to it, too. Finally, we have a non-Michael Bay directed Transformers movie that brings back a lot of the old school generation one looks of the characters. Sign me up!

Bumblebee looks good, it looks better with each trailer, I want to believe, I really do especially because Travis Knight is behind this, but I’m still remaining cautious haha. Dark Phoenix… Hmmmmm. I dunno, it has some decent elements but I feel like I just watched a reworked version of X-Men 3, I hope the film is good but I’m not excited at all. Fantastic Beasts 2 looks way interesting than the first film, but I am still not overly hyped because the first film left me little underwhelmed. And with Creed 2, I hope it will be good, I’m a little worried just because we don’t have Ryan Coogler involved.

I’m hoping that without Michael Bay directing and with having a Generation 1 vibe that Bumblebee will be pretty good. Hopefully Fox learned their lesson after X3 and give us the Dark Phoenix movie we deserve. My only concern is that this version of Jean Grey hasn’t been developed enough to have the emotional resonance when Jean turns into the Phoenix. I enjoyed the first Fantastic Beasts so I’m looking forward to the sequel. I’m probably going to skip Creed II unless I can get around to watching the first beforehand.
